Went to the menu upgraded my weapon to level 70, the others to 40ish, upgraded my miner to level 4 or 5 with a 25% damage boost I would expect to get further. Leveled lightning, laser & cross bow to 50. Close the game, go to restart from level 1... and all of my weapons, heros, even my name are gone, along with my money and gems. I used my email and still
