Toyota has sunsetted all the apps in my 2018 Camry as of Oct 2023. I have no apps or access to apps in version 1030 of the infotainment system. It's a shame Toyota does not give its owners a choice before bricking the system.

In 2021, we purchased a 2018 Highlander from a Toyota dealer. After, I found that I couldn't open any navigation on the screen, which is all I hoped for. I have no options other than aftermarket costs or my phone, to which I then could have gotten a different vehicle instead. Dealerships or websites have been no help. We have been a toyota family, starting in 1981 with the Toyota Corona and over time, Camry, Sienna, Highlander, Tundra, and daughters Prius. The navigation is an IMPORTANT feature.
