I was unable to register for an account with my initial installation. So I thought it was bug problem. Second attempt; I uninstall the app and reinstall. Registration for account still failed. However, I somehow spam on 'Verify' button to keep trying my luck. Still, no luck with self registration process as they could not find my details. Somehow the app manage to let me submit my bug report. After I did so, I left it overnight. My details all magically appeared. Not sure what I did that manage to push through all my car details finally 🤐 Note to Toyota: please fix it as it's a very user-friendly app. Just not properly sync to your customer data on your server.

A disappointment considering Toyota is the most advance car manufacturer. The app doesn't sync with the actual local service center (for me, Kota Kinabalu, Sarah). I managed to book an appointment date & time. When come in, I'll be just considered as a walk-in customer. Although I book for an early time slot, my service will start after others appointment (by phone call). Better book by phone call then. As such, this app doesn't even worth a star. Please be better.

Want to book a service show vehicle detail missing please add, when go to add vehicle registration number keep showing no data found & can't click confirm, how to add?? I can't believe such a big company can't even make a decent app!!

Cant use the app to book for service. Cant pick the time slot 'unable to
process your request'. Please fix this
