I have only just started using the app to set up my new S5 smartwatch. So far it has been a stellar experience. I am excited to learn about all the features.

This is my first smartwatch, and I was able to navigate the app with no issues. Got it up and running within minutes. Would like more watch face options, but that is not a big deal. It has several. I got the watch after having Tozo earbuds. Just like the earbuds, the watch is a great value for money.

App is easy to use. Setup is also easy. That being said I would like to see more watch faces for the S5. Add some more faces to keep it fresh. Or possibly more customizing options for using your own pic

1 o'clock in the morning. Realize I have the next day off and go to turn my alarm off. Unable to access the alarm screen as there is a pending update blocking it. Turn off internet because I want to sleep FFS. Reopen app, and I'm met with a no internet access loading icon. I just want to turn my bloody alarm off FFS! I don't need internet for this. I don't need the latest bloody update!

The app seems simple to use and has alot of great features and a nice user interface. Unfortunately for some reason it voids syncing my heart rate randomly throughout the day, sometimes for 2 hours or more at a time. I could be missing up to 4hrs of data for the day which then puts my avg heart rate etc. out. It also sometimes doesn't sync my sleep or workouts. Recently on a run, the app shows my heart rate during the run, but in the exercise screen shows only 10sec tracked. App is super glitchy!

App seems broken now Cannot retrieve weather on watch, text notifications not syncing either

Useless for what I wanted it for. I bought the watch, so I wouldn't have to keep pulling my phone out when I received a text message. Google Messenger is what's on my phone since Verizon discontinued their app. Contacted support many times, and they keep telling me how to get notifications from Facebook Messenger. Duh. I keep explaining I need Google Messenger to show up in the app, but they don't understand what I'm saying.
