I had to call my internet service provider to get some necessary information to input into the app in order to connect to the internet. After that, installing my 3 mesh units was easy, and the app makes it so user-friendly to manage your home network. Plus the Wi-Fi mesh signal in my house is now strong and fast on every floor. Parental controls is a subscription, changes always fail, I bought a bunch of hubs that are slow between floors. Considering just paying a bit more to put drops throughout the house and install access points

I am the man who always config a network using a laptop or phone browse, and I don't need internet before connected to the internet. This app itself is easy to use, but need internet before connected to the internet is a big no. First and the last time using Deco series.

I find this app confusing. It regularly tells me decos are offline even after pressing the check button. The light on the deco concerned indicates it is connected and clearly is because devices connected to it are available on the network. It often does not find the best route. For example, it connects via power line even when there is a wired Ethernet connection available. I can't trust what it tells me.
