Every so often smart bulbs have to be reconnected, which is annoying when away from home. Also, yearly camera subscription way too expensive for 4 cameras. UPDATE Nothing changed since November 2022 still same problem. Still same issue with bulbs Yearly subscription still too expensive for 4 cameras. Update: June 2024. Same issues, clearly take no notice of customer feedback 👎🏻 After last update Nov 2024 playback and view very laggy. Cameras have now become frustrating and slow and laggy. Same

I bought a Tapo doorbell and I can't get on to the app. It says I am a member and to enter password, I tap on reset password and put in my email address then it says email not registered. Try a different email and same thing happens. I need the app to set up the doorbell. Where do I go from here?
