Perfect high quality old cinema 'B' movies, plus much more. Tends to be Black and White, but you will see many famous actors "cutting their teeth". (Sir Michael Caine's first film uncredited & First credited one. To name one actor.

In the absence of a connected TV it's ok. Irritatingly the phone's soft keys and top notifications bar can't be hidden either by auto-hide or manually so are visible throughout. Most distracting. Also, as has already been noticed you can't wander of screen to check something out without enduring the ads again, and it then doesn't remember where you got to.

Loving the old movies! Lots of ads and could do with a 'Continue Watching' section to pick up a film where you left off. Otherwise it's great.

As much as I love TPTV, the app needs Chromecast to be of any use to me. I don't want to watch films on my 5-inch phone screen. Deleted for now. 😟

Far too many adverts, have used the red button on the TV channel, and it's fine, but used the android app to see the last 15 mins of a show I missed, 4 adds before you start, then 4 adds evert time you move forward a few mins, totally unusable. And downright greedy

Controls (play /pause) only appear if I operate volume controls on Google Pixel 8. Also, the app does not appear to remember where you have got to through a program and always reverts to the beginning if you stop watching part way through. Consequently, the app is near unusable unless you can be sure that you are going to watch a program all the way through in one go. Such a shame, and I hope it gets improved.
