Trace My Trail - App for trekking

★★★★★ I've used the pro version for years now, its great for walking in US using Trace My Trail, download areas and add gpx file, what could be better!

★★★★★ omg, i have been looking for an app that has even a fraction of the features for years! This is awesome, i am using it a lot, and its a dream come true. its exciting to explore areas, and the different maps give so much information its mind blowing

★★★★★ I like the app, but it has some serious shortcomings. First, there's no clear way to delete unused trails - and there's nothing in the Help menu covering deletion. Second, there isn't an active Help section or forum. The app advertises that you can put in Waypoints, and even take photos of those locations - but again there doesn't seem to be a way to do those things. Finally, the app has a bad habit of turning itself off while you're walking. But for marking short trails or walks in open terrain, it's okay.

★★★★★ Great Love the simplicity. Would be even better with a track up option instead of north up when following a trail

★★☆☆☆ So far it does NOT work at all. I open the app and it says " wait, GPS is locating you" So far, it has not found my location in 10 minutes! That is not good. I paid for the PRO APP. If i get help with this, I will give it a better rating :( I am not very happy right now :( Here it is, September 5th and I did all the updates. Uninstaller and reinstalled Still does not connect to satellites. I have 16 map apps that instantly connect. This one does not. I have asked for a refund but no reply.

★★☆☆☆ GPS is really off. Purchased the Pro version to see if that would help but no luck. Not sure if it's a problem with my phone or the app but the plotted maps for trails I've hiked are really terrible. I have it set for the highest GPS accuracy but it jumps all over the place doesn't follow my actual path at all. The maps look like random lines plotted in the general area where I hiked sometimes hundreds of yards off my path.

★★☆☆☆ I do not get 10 ft accuracy. Program is slow on a new 5 g phone. It may be fun to play with however don't feel someone will accurately follow your trail. Ehish I had not spent @ $6 for the pro program. I would happily return it. When I take a photo the program crashes. Phone locks up, no solution presented from developer.
