We've had a team subscription for almost a year now. The camera is alright. The best feature is probably the highlights. At times, it highlights the wrong people, or the picture is pixilated. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!! You're only as good as your customer service. Any issues I have, I just submit a ticket, and they get back to me promptly. Usually, within 15 minutes. I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into your product. Thank you 🙏

Use to tell me the progress of the upload, now I have no idea if it's uploading or anything. Might be bc I have android? Change it back to the way it would tell me where it was in the process of the upload

It's okay but sometimes communicates status incorrectly (errant stating tracers need to be restarted during the upload process). Was told to ignore these messages. Otherwise, it's easy to use and the process works.

I have a pro subscription for 5+ years for 3 kids. I am every team "Trace guy," so I am an advanced user 1. Live preview does not work during camera set up on Android 2. Can't submit support tickets via the app. It gives error. Only works through browser. 3. Customer service is email only. They close tickets without solving, force you to open new ones on same issue 4. The UI is bad. Can't edit highlights. i.e., if a highlight is not marked a goal, you can't add a goal tag, player tags, etc

It appears that you need an iOS app to do anything with this camera. The FAQ clearly excludes Android. Making youth soccer teams buy an iPhone as a requirement made it impossible for me to participate in my child's soccer team Trace Cam support. It just adds more load on our already overloaded team manager. I was excited to help the team but when it almost seemed to work and got zero feedback if camera was doing anything, I became suspicious. When the FAQ confirmed, I was deflated.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
