Trace academia is certainly a very useful app which entertains streams and educates big up for that, but the only problem is downloading the courses certificates its kind of refusing to download so please try and solve that issue

So far I can only offer a bad review of this app. I paid for a 1-year subscription 48hrs ago and the promised access does not work and there is no refund. I feel scammed after sending so many messages to complain. No action and no response. I am very disappointed as I love Trace on dstv and was looking forward to watching a wider range of channels on my mobile device. Update on 18 October 2023, still no access and no feedback whatsoever. I am so angry. I lost my money to this fake subscription!
