How to get it to work. Do NOT turn on Bluetooth yet, TURN IT OFF. First turn your tracker on red light comes on then Press the 360 tracker app on your phone it will ask for permission to turn on Bluetooth, click yes, it will turn it on for you, then turn on your location on your phone and wait 10 secs. If it says not connected wait 10 secs again if still not working press how to connect on the app then Press ready, click back From there it should be connected.

For those of you who are having trouble connecting... with Bluetooth on just enable location. If it won't connect while location and Bluetooth are on, while device is on go to Bluetooth and tap connect it will say app required but u will see a blue light flashing on the 360 device.

Garbage just starts spinning on its own and doesn't stay focused on your face you have to move at turtle speeds for it to stay connected garbage garbage garbage why do people waste plastic making garbage products like these

This app doesn't work for the Galaxy S21. I tried connecting to it several times, and the Bluetooth said the app is needed for it to work, but I'm already on the app, and I've tried all different ways to try to solve the problem i.e. uninstall reinstall the app, and it still doesn't work. I definitely know it's not my phone as it works really well with all my Bluetooth devices. It is a great idea but it's a shame it doesn't work properly.

4:26 PM Support for this app seems to have stopped, so support cannot be contacted online and the license for the app has also expired. So this is completely useless. A waste of money. I bought this with a product which is also now useless.
