Good day Tracker I have a concern question today. I heard from an Outsurance representative that it is not good to have a visible Tracker app on your phone because If you get hijacked the first thing is that you phone is checked for Tracker and banking information, and you will be informed to deactivate info to take your car and money by gunpoint how can a Tracker customer keep himself save and still have access to the app if app is uninstalled or is there a way to change the app logo information

I am editing my initial review made in August 2023. In 2023 there were some hiccups I experienced with the updates made on the app, and I was highly frustrated. Now a little more than a year later I’m confident with the updates and additions made to the app and find it easy to navigate through the app without any issues. One suggestion though, it would be nice if the live tracking of your vehicles were more real-time tracking.

The app used to work great but now nothing seems to be working properly. The location is never updated, therefore it shows that your vehicle is in a completely different place than it really is. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app. The car guard function is also not working. It keeps saying that it cannot be turned on while the car's ignition is on, but the car is off. I am really disappointed in the app. I have logged multiple queries but no one has gotten back to me.

This app is mostly showing incorrect information. The vehicle location is mostly wrong. The in-app messaging is always not working. I have raised the issue several times with Tracker many times but issue still persist.

Tracker App thumbs down👎: *Only works intermittently. *Takes average 2-3minutes to login. *Does not display the features as advertised. *Can't load medical information (just errors) *Looses previously saved settings. *Now getting calls from Tracker that an emergency was activated. I did nothing, also no emergency logged on app? *Key Tag does nothing, or was it just ment as an ornament? Tracker: before you ask.... I cleared phones cache/data/reinstall ect. Nothing. SIES Tracker SA !!
