They do not offer Level 2 data in their windows platform. Also, the spread is so ridiculous that it's hard to achieve better risk reward ratio. Let's say you are trading a stock having a spread of 10 to 15 cents(in all other platforms), TTP platform on the other side would have 50 to 60 cents of spread in the same stock. When I complained about the huge spreads between almost all the stock, they say it's a company policy. So it's very difficult to scale with high spread and without level 2.

AWFUL fills WELL over the ask and vice versa for shorts. There's only 100 downloads for a reason. Orders don't show in time and sales on third party trade software. Their traders see your orders placed and then trade against them easily because you're orders never hit market, and move the price. It's a "trial first" SUPPOSEDLY see if you can trade well. In that so-called trial, "trade the pool" trades against your orders, so you fail and have to buy again. Trust a seasoned trader, avoid.

Only lost money, something about getting stopped out of margin accounts and the bad data feed in the demo really ruined the experience. They may be rigging up this account too.

Customer service doesn't answer every question. They only email, they have no number to call, and no chat service. The transaction fees are very steep compared to most brokerages. For example, buying one share of a $12 stock they charge 0.75 cents. They make lots of money off you not passing evaluation. If you do a swing trading account, you can get stopped out overnight even though the volume is almost zero. Makes you wonder if the overnight transaction is fraudulent, so you can fail evaluation
