Buyer protection does not work as it should. Probably only if the product is a different product or very damaged. If it's something in the description and something in the pictures, you are not covered. There is no way to contact anybody on Tradera, so probably is an AI dealing with the issues. My case : Phone - saying in description there are no scratches on the screen. Seller said it in a message also. But those were cracks. Tradera said you can see in picture, so no valid case to refund

Messy and unfair. No extension of time during last minute bids means snipers will always overtake you by margins. Not going to touch with a barge pole.
