It was the perfect app that I was searching for, an app just for off-road vehicle owners like myself. I downloaded GAIA, but it was hard to navigate and find trails that were just for 4x4 vehicles vs finding hiking trails for hikers. I visited an RV Park in Camp Verde Arizona, and they suggested Trails Off-road and boy I can't be happier. Love the difficulty trail rating system as well....... I highly recommend

Great off-road app. Gets you to the trail start then tracks you as you take a trail with awesome waypoint notes. One of the best off-road apps out there. I have and use fun treks, GIA GPS and all trails. As a professional backpacking guide I love using all trails and giagps to build out trails, this also works well in the off-road community. What's great is this app allows for new trails to get added, scouted and approved on the system. Once a trail is on the app, it is super detailed.

If you are Canadian don't bother with this app. At the create account page only gives option for zip code. So appears this app is only good in the states for Americans.

App is fine but unless you are out there that much to justify the $24.99 annual fee for info to public access, trail head, forest roads that you can get for free on a gov website or other apps....not really worth it as it picks & chooses what trails they give access too. Can be annoying. You don't find that out until after you select a trail on the map. Apps out there that give you all the info for no fee. Had this app for maybe 30 mins & deleted it for a better app

Works great if you have internet connection. App crashed several times when off-line. Connected it to a hot spot and loaded right up. Bought a tablet to use for off-roading, knowing there's limited to no connection out there. Downloaded the maps for off-line. Doesn't matter when the app won't load without connection.
