The only thing I don't like about this upgrade is that it won't let me use the facial recognition part. I loved that about the old one, plus this upgrade doesn't work with large font, so now I cant see what's on the screen. Can you fix it? I would have given it 5 stars but if I cant use the font I need, what's the point?

Quick balance stoped working and the app stays logged in whenever I force the app and reopen it big safety issue that it doesn't auto logout when I force stop the app

This app sucks since the new version came out. Every time I try to deposit a check the app closes and constantly gives me error messages. It's impossible to do mobile deposit now, and I can't deposit my checks.

Ever since the update this app barely works at all! The quick view is hit-and-miss usually only shows current balance not available balance or won't show at all. When I log out and close the app it doesn't actually log me out I can just run the app, and it logs on without credentials for at least 5 minutes!!! The home page doesn't show balances and the details page only shows name and address. I could go on and on. I rely heavily on this app for years, and now it's almost useless and not secure!

I am unable to get into my accounts at the bank. It says it will send security code, but they never come through. I want these removed so I can see my bank account. What can I do
