I booked tickets from VSOP to nellore through this app but ticket nt confirmed 3000 debited from my account 6 workings days completed amount is nt refunded its completely fake app this 3rd party app the worst app I am giving cyber complaint against this app today. I thought that it's belongs IRCTC only, but it's fake app who collected money from public users even I have transaction details

I was traveling in Geeta Jayanti Express train no. 11842 from Palwal to Khajuraho in B3 coach my birth no. 33 & 36. This train running condition is very poor. This is running like bull cart. In AC coach passenger were lay down in the toilet and maintenance gate. You can't go for washroom. Cleaning was very poor. We reached jhansi at 5,25 AM on 16/04/2024. This train is running 3.5 hours late. Railway condition is very poor.
