Trainer's Boardroom

You take over a club and you stay with it. Season after season, match after match, until the table says what you are worth.

Trainer's Boardroom is an offline football manager for Android. You pick the lineup, you do your own deals, you keep the books honest. And you do not just read a result: you follow your match minute by minute and step in while it is still running. The other 1,458 clubs do the same thing every day, whether you watch or not.

Version 1.1.3 is the one I wanted to build from the start: you now have a board above you. They set you an objective on your first day, tell you in January where you stand, and judge you in May. Miss by a whisker and you keep your job. Keep missing and you are out. I also put right something that had been wrong for months: your own matches barely cared how strong your squad was. They do now. Thank you to everyone who writes in. The list gets shorter every version. Next up: the European nights.

NEW IN 1.1.3
• A board with a voice. It sets your objective, follows the table, and its trust is a number you can watch move.
• Squad quality now decides your own matches too. Sign a better player and you see it in the results.
• Players can pick up knocks in training. Some are more fragile than others, and a hard week has its price.
• A rejected offer is remembered. The next bid comes back higher, or the club walks away.
• Sponsors are a bet. A flat fee from the firm down the road, or less up front and a lot more if you deliver.
• Your inbox collects everything: sponsors, loans, contracts, scouting reports, the cup you won last night.

• 100 leagues, 51 countries, 1,459 clubs, each with its own strength, budget and ground

• Play a match as a quick simulation, or live, minute by minute, and step in when it matters

THE TRANSFER MARKET
• Two steps, the way it really works: the fee with the club first, then wages and length with the player
• Loans with buy options and split wages, fees in instalments, free agents
• The player has a say. An established name will not go just anywhere
• The other clubs deal on their own. They buy, sell, loan, counter and walk away

YOUR CLUB, ROOM BY ROOM
• The books: a season budget from the board, one slider between fees and wages, loans, ticket and shirt prices, a club shop
• Sponsors with character: one of three offers, each with its own bonus targets and clauses
• Stadium, academy and scouting as rooms you walk into, and training with a report for every player
• Players with character and mood. Leave one on the bench and he will let you know

• News, rumours and a supporters' feed that reacts to what actually happened on the pitch
• An inbox for everything that needs a decision, and a tour through the office on your first day
• Dark design, three languages (Deutsch, English, Hrvatski)

WHERE IT STANDS
Still early access, still rough in places. Not in yet: the European nights, and a manager's career across several clubs. My bug list is long and public, and it gets shorter version by version. Every report goes on it.

Recent changes:
Squad quality now decides your own matches. Strengthen your side and you feel it in the results; against a favourite you are the underdog with a real chance on the night.
The board has a voice: an objective on day one, a verdict at the end, trust that follows your results. Miss by a whisker and you keep your job.
Training now carries a risk drive the squad hard and players break down. Some are more fragile than others.
