Your coach will reach out by text or call (usually within 15 minutes during working hours) and deliver your custom plan within 24 hours.

Trainest is free to download. Your 14-day trial includes Trainest Premium coaching. After your trial, you can choose Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium, or stay on the free tier. Some features require Trainest Plus or Trainest Premium (optional, paid).

As of today the free portion of the app to count calories is not available. Now it appears you have to pay to use even the basic features.

I was really enjoying this app it was helping a lot with tracking my calories, but now I haven't been able to sign in to track my calories since the 17th. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still getting the "server error" message. I'm kind of disappointed and sad to lose the ability to track my progress.

I was disappointed in the last update which was pushing for me to upgrade to coaching and this most recent update which took away scanning the barcode. I appreciated the easy access when I would create my own meals or add foods throughout the day. From the response to other feedback with the same concerns, it appears the Trainest Team is not willing to allow faithful users to continue using this feature for simply tracking macros. As the Sharks say, "for that reason... I'm out".
