The Gym pass App is not ready. I have been stuck on intake form for a week. After, I submitted over ten support requests through their Zendesk support, I only get response to the initial request. It is still unresolved. Zendesk keeps asking if I need anything else. Yes. A resolution. Lol. Terrible company and terrible app.

The app is good, but there is one point that anois a lot! Music volume. When trainiac is open, other apps change the maximum volume, become very, very low volume. Workout without my own music turn me down a lot, and should be a simple point! I am really considering stop to use this app because of this.

Trainiac app doesn't work correctly for Android platform. Unfortunately my trainer will be losing my business because the developers of this app are not up-to-date with making an app that performs on both android & apple platforms. Doesn't show the calendar, Doesn't show the days workouts are to be done. Developers ... your app is losing trainers business and money.
