Super straight forward and simple ordering process. Adding a credit or debit card as a form of payment was also super simple

I don't know if it's just my campus but the app always says it'll take 2 minutes for the food to be done, and it's consistently 8-10 minutes. Easy to order from though, I've never seen contests actually open on there, again might just be my campus

The one food location on campus has set their wait time to be past closing to prevent mobile ordering, even though they have a QR code outside that has to be scanned to place an order.

The app will not let me sign in to my campus. I used to be able to sign in, but now it gives me an error.

This app lets you place an order even when the store is closed and still charges your credit card. When I tried to get help, I couldn't reach anyone through email, the app, or Instagram. The lack of customer supports made an already frustrating situation even worse... I wouldn't recommend this app unless they improve both the ordering process and their customer service.
