Mobile Ordering is a simple, super convenient way to order, pay and pick up - right from your mobile device. Use the app to browse restaurants and menus, order from your favorite campus spot, pay by credit/campus card or even your meal plan (whatever your campus allows). We’ll tell you when to expect your order, notify you every step of the way, and send a message when your order is ready. No more wasted time waiting in line. We’ll even remember your favorites, so you can reorder superfast.

But wait, there’s more… not only are you going to get rewarded with shorter order and wait times, you may be able to earn actual reward points (at participating locations). You’ll get points for things like opening messages, ordering food, and rating your purchases. Complete challenges for bonus points and level up, where you can earn points even faster. Then use your points to enter contests and receive rewards.

It's pretty easy to use. I haven't run into any bugs, glitches, or other problems using the app. Rewards, while given out very slowly, are a nice addition to a simple food ordering app and offer a couple of rewards through spending reward points.

Have tried countless ways to pay for food but keep getting a transaction fail. Then I go to customer support and keep getting gaslighted that it's a bank issue. No it's not, I have used about 2-3 different cards, all from different banks and not a single one will take my card as payment. I even attempted a venmo and cash app card and still the same thing. Very frustrating on what's supposed to be a helpful app.

The one food location on campus has set their wait time to be past closing to prevent mobile ordering, even though they have a QR code outside that has to be scanned to place an order.
