TranscribeIt supports WhatsApp speech messages: Not have the time or just don’t feel like listening to the speech message? Just share it from WhatsApp to TranscribeIt and read what has been spoken.
The underlying technology is based on the sophisticated speech recognition solution from Google. Because of this, TranscribeIt supports over 110 languages and dialects (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese and many more). And thanks to machine learning, the algorithms to recognise words and transcribe speech will get better over time.
TranscribeIt offers four alternatives to handle audio/voice/speech data: 1. Simply choose already existing files on your device 2. Use any dictation app and use the command: "share/send to/open with" 3. Use any file manager app and use the command: “share/send to/open with” 4. You can also use TranscribeIt to record and transcribe new audio files. Required is a stock-installed microphone app on the device.
The transcription of files under 15 seconds is completely free. This should give you the possibility to convince yourself of the high quality of the actual transcription. Additional transcriptions require quota to be purchased.

Terrible app. I spent money on it. Meh. Transcribed a 45-min audio 95% of it is wrong. And it's clear audio. It took around an hour to do its thing and I could have typed it out in two or three. Was not worth the money spent. Please advise how I can go about getting a refund. I am able to provide the audio, your transcription as well as mine for feed back.

Can't load saved MP3 files. I eventually manage to send the audio to transcribe it by "sharing" from an audio player, but then transcribe it told me I can't even try audio clips more than 15 seconds in length without paying. Deleted.

Used voice recorder to test the app, and it wouldn't let me load my recorded test file up. Not clear what audio format is acceptable. Shame.
