It's deleting the audio after it has been transcribed! The audio file is gone, it is no longer inside the folder. That's extremely inconvenient.

Transcription in Italian is not great. It asks for a subscription to transcribe over 3 mins and after a few transcriptions I am asked to give consent for personalized ads to who knows who for their "legitimate interest". Alternatively, it's €2.90 / month. I wish I had known this before downloading the app. Not worth it.
