Brilliant little app with great 12 week program that is easy to follow. All workouts are demoed with short video clip plus lot of detail in training plan explaining the exercise program and nutrition. Easy to track workouts day by day. **UPDATE** workouts are not being displayed on certain workout days with them app. select week then day but nothing loads :(

I love this app and the workout but I wish it had just a little more. I
wish it was able to sync with Samsung Health like some of the other Body
Building apps or could be utilizing through Samsung Health. Also, I wish it
had more progress tracking features instead of using the Body Building app
as a partner app. That makes it too cumbersome. The one app could easily
synchronize to its parent app. Hoping the next update will have a few more
features!

Used to love this plan and was excited to try it again then find out I have to pay a monthly fee now to use it. This plan has been out forever like at least 3 years that I know of so I find it odd that they just now decide to make you pay for it. Not worth a monthly sub.
