★★★★★ Transit Go Ticket makes it so convenient when I don't have change for bus fare, or if I want to purchase a daily or monthly pass. And actually, since it was last updated in 2023, I haven't had to pay out of pocket, because I wasn't aware that every time I purchased bus or ferry fare, I was given reward points, redeemable for fares on several transit systems in my area. This app has literally saved me hundreds of dollars over the past 14 months! 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

★★★★★ Would rate five stars if they allowed for supported inter-agency transfers (King County Metro to Sound Transit), otherwise this app is the best option for occasional transit users. Regular riders would be better served using the orca card and app.

★★★★★ The trip on the 45 to the train station and from there by the train to the airport was seamless. The bus and the train were clean and quick, even going to the next to last stop on each.

★★☆☆☆ Used to work. Now it doesn't, and I can't buy a bus ticket so either I ignore the bus driver when I get on, or I stay stuck at home

★★☆☆☆ I have 13 unused bus tickets that I can't use. I don't understand what the point is if not only do the bus drivers not acknowledge the damn thing or when you buy a bunch to last you, you can't use them. Nothing like throwing $35 in the trash.

★★☆☆☆ Removed rewards program. Edit: I should clarify. Rewards points for normal people using transit for their commute are being discontinued. There will be rewards for people who throw money at their corporate partners though! General Incentives Reward Program (points for all transit trips and streaks) Monday, September 30th is the last day to earn points for transit use. 11:59pm on Monday will be the official end of this program. Points for overpriced Lime scooters though!

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't use standard features, no maps, no Google Pay, lists stops alphabetical. Not even a link to the transit map so has menu headings like Line 1, Line 2. I know what I want but a new user or visitor has no hope.
