I have used this app for several years, and I am pleased with its performance. It is only as accurate as any information coming from the CTA. Bottom line is this app helps me to get where I'm going in good time. But when dealing with the CTA, remember you can be early or late. On-Time is not an option.

They jacked up the app. Recent update wiped out everything. All saved buses and stops. The look is horrible. If I can't undo that last update, I'm deleting

The app has been wildly inconsistent for a long period of time now. And I'm talking way more than it already normally is. Now I this app is not to be trusted. If you rely on this as I do for transportation to and from work, time to move on. This app is busted worse than it's ever been.

Completely unreliable, whether it be the fault of the CTA or this actual tracker, this tracker only has 1 job and that is to track the CTA. If the tracker is stating that a train/bus is coming in 4 minutes and then disappears, does that seem reliable and then to play around with when the CTA is actually coming, 4 minutes one minute then 7 minutes to 20. That is absolutely unacceptable. Many time buses/trains don't even show up on the tracker to begin with.
