Very useful app to keep track expenses, especially the option to add/define your own expense categories. However, it will even become a much better app if you can separate the calculation of money exchanged into local currency while keeping track your home-town currency (parallel calculation of both currencies). At the moment, app keeps on subtracting only from home-town currency even though the money has already been exchanged to local currency (hence it does not show the balance of both).

You can do many trips & compare your expenses. Some apps charge for more than 1 trip. You can add an expense & differentiate between what's deductible.

My job requires me to travel on a regular basis, domestically but most of the time internationally. I've tried quite a few expense apps but over the long run I've stuck with and continue to use Travel Expense. It's very straight forward, simple to use and ticks all the requirements for me. If you're an international traveler, require a good expense report with mixed currency use in the same report and want it simple and straightforward, I highly recommend Travel Expense.

NO ANSWER FROM DEVELOPER I used this app on a trip last week, and it did everything I wanted. Great to be able to change categories and needs. I purchased the paid version from here to give me more export abilities, but it didn't update to the paid version. I emailed the author but no answer yet, I don't want to pay for it again as I would need to do if I go the paid version app from Play Store. Would have 5* if I can get this. STILL NO ANSWER. Great product. Cappy SERVICE.
