When we Load money from "Al Cardan exchange" they charge 10.50 AED for every time. So this is very vad, if we load 5-10 times in a month so that mean 100+ aed we have to pay. They should think about it. This is the reason they lost customer because of that.👎👎 I will recommend every of my friends don't used this card. Unless if they reduce the charge.

Tried loading the card through Aani payment. Amount was debited from my card. Never showed up in the funds in the card. Customer care is like they need to start investigation and what not. Pathetic card. Pathetic service.

Waste card... Don't buy, u will get cheated... Monthly 2000 dhs we have to purchase through this card to get at least availe the movie ticket offer .once buy the card we have to pay 50 dhs and for reload also they will charge 10.5 dhs... Abroad purchase also there is the processing chs will be deducted, simply without benefit they eating our money. Now days simply you will get more benefit from our normal banks debit and credit cards. Don't waste ur money and don't get cheated. Check the rating...
