I usually have no problem with my booking. Hassle-free. Bought the 100% refund guarantee many times, and the process were always smooth, fast and reliable. But last month bought flight ticket, they said refund will take 90 working days. Edit: I got the refund after 45 days.

The customer service is frustrating and painful to deal with, and their app contact is extremely slow with responding to customer concerns. They inserted the incorrect name on an airline ticket, and with 1 day until my flight, they still have not solved the issue. So I need to turn up at the airport and hope the airline doesn't refuse me access to my flight. I would not recommend anybody to use this company despite their cheaper pricing. I guess the old adage is true. You get what you pay for.

I booked a hotel room and made full payment in advance through the app. When I check in to the hotel I was told by the receptionist that there can't find my reservation and actually there have terminated the cooperation with Traveloka since two years ago. I lodged my problem through the app telling that the hotel couldn't acknowledge my reservation but later next day the Traveloka sent me a message telling that it was me had checked into the hotel, but I opted to walkaway. No refunds for me.

Warning ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ Don't use this app. These people are despicable! 4th 2020 I booked a flight through their app with Vietnam airlines for RM417, My flight was cancelled because of COVID-19 It too over 3 years to get a refund of RM22 YES YOU READ CORRECTLY RM22 OUT OF RM417 THEY EVEN TOOK REFUND FEE OUT OF IT. THE MOST DESPICABLE COMPANY IN THE WORLD Will never used the company again.
