★★☆☆☆ Today I deleted this app. Their optional charges are literally a money making scheme. I queried an OPTIONAL "seat allocation" fee but did not get to sit on any of the seats I chose. I was told by Travel start that I paid for the "seat service." Now, why would I choose to pay for a seat service CHARGE that is OPTIONAL. I have requested an answer several times and Travel start has ignored my emails since. The OPTIONAL meal choice is also unnecessary. Stop milking consumers, Travel start.

★★☆☆☆ AVOID travel start at all costs!! No service from travel start and useless app. Apart from the language barrier we had absolutely NO SERVICE from travel start. Several changes were made to our flights, and we had to deal with the airlines ourselves. The airlines even told us that it was supposed to be handled by our travel agent, and we had to explain to them that we don't actually have a travel agent. I purchased travel start+ but that was just a further waste of money.
