It's slow, prone to freezing and unstable. Constantly won't upload pictures taken within the app. Now, it keeps on saying I have no internet connection despite having full bar plus Wi-Fi on my Samsung phone

Please help me, the app logged me out I have uninstall and install back but I can't still logg in, it is telling me error
