Like many drivers say, after the update all of a sudden you are not getting exclusive orders like your have for the last year every single day. Of course customer service will say everyone cannot always expect exclusives but if you have been getting them 365 days a year and then immediately after an update you get zero for the next week then it's a part of the update has changed the script to where you are no longer a preferred driver. I wish you guys would fix that and keep the driver history

A lot of people complain about not being able to claim orders that they see which I also had a problem woth as well. It looks like that was fixed in the app, and now they are sending exclusive orders which apparently depend on which the team you're on. I still get decent orders, and it's better than deliver that and just for those who are new to the app stop depending on notifications, or you'll never get an order

In order to get orders you have to camp on the app for hours possibly days at a time, the offers usually stay at $21 for about 2–4 hours of your time

I've loved this app You can get a bunch of orders if you stay on top of it. But how can they decrease your pay after you deliver an order expecting the original pay (going 18 miles out of the way)just for them to decrease the pay.it is very UNFAIR and SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED We to drive miles just to take orders expecting the original pay when accepting the order they should NEVER be allowed to decrease your pay especially after you already picked the order up and drop it off
