I love this game but after a recent update, it resets and now shows as new being Level 1. I was in the several thousands previously. The only thing I did wrong was not backup through a third party, but since did not change devices, so should not have expected this? Clearly, I was wrong. I will use the third party progress save in the future, but not if I have to start all over again. Anyone can assist me with the restore from the developers would redeem my love. For now, no. Never playing.

This game cheats. Constantly rolls a one on the dice there's a jump to get to a treasure chest that's impossible to do unless you pay 1900 coins and the game freezes just after you've cleared a level, and you have to play that level again. Not a good experience. Now going to delete
