Content in this app is derived from the 2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure, the 2023 ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway on Management of Heart Failure With Preserved Ejection Fraction, and the 2024 ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway for Treatment of Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction. The information and recommendations in this clinical decision support app are not meant to represent the only or best course of care nor replace clinical judgment. Therapeutic options should be determined after discussion between the patient and their care provider.
