Tree ID - British trees

★★★★★ Great app to help identify trees and to see which species I may come across. However, the tree ID feature doesn't always narrow down to the correct tree and often leaves me with multiple different ones which isn't always useful.

★★★★★ I love this app! Just recently got into identifying trees, and this app helps so much with that. It breaks down the features of the tree parts in a top-down approach, helping you to narrow down the species gradually, and helping you learn which features to look out for in the process. Would 100% recommend if anyone is remotely interested in knowing more about the surrounding trees.

★★★★★ This app is genuinely amazing. The only thing I'd add to it is the option to save trees on your profile/in some folders to look back at later, and a feature to "report" potential edits in the trees descriptions to the developers e.g. the douglas fir tree is actually a pine tree but It's not super obvious unless you know the latin names. Other than that I'm really impressed-its very easy to use, it has pictures of everything, the layout is super convenient and its well written and easy to understand!

★★☆☆☆ Asked so many questions and then showed a bunch of pics of trees that were too zoomed out to help us identify the tree! Will try again, but seems useless.

★★☆☆☆ Very vague identification range, clicked the questions got elder tree....actually it's a walnut tree!

★★☆☆☆ Glitches constantly going back a question and ends up giving the complete wrong results. Also crashes a lot.

★★☆☆☆ The descriptions are detailed, without jargon, and photos are good. However, I wanted to use the app to map my local trees, which doesn't work. For starters, the location defaults to Grant ham, Lincolnshire (perhaps the programmer's home?). If you then press the Find Location button it finds your location within about half a mile. Saving the tree location is similarly inaccurate. The iPhone version doesn't seem to have this problem!
