Easy to use, cost breakdown is clear, price is also competitive compared to other competitor. Remember to choose at least standard SCDW insurance, you never know what will happen. For claim, need to contact host and share the evidence. I encountered tire punctured and the damage is irreparable. I paid first and then host refunded me. The only think I felt bad for the host is the dirt on the car when returning it, probably need to send to car wash before return, or they charge in the app.

As of 21 April: I've been a Trevor (buddy driver) customer since 2024, use for late night work. When get good driver, really good and easy and safe. However, the app itself has issues. Lag, poor login process/consistency, my "upcoming bookings" has been stuck for months, and the driver vetting process has been lacking (I get many cancelations last minute recently - dei I'm drunk dy then you say can't pick up, and don't arrange new driver). It's a million-dollar idea/business. This app sucks.

Don't use it !!! Reserver the driver come to take the car at airport (charged), Trevor can't found ppl, no update, no inform, last mins need manually contact the host pick up n get me pay the grab fees. At the end Trevor didn't refund the fees for reserver the driver and no refund the grab fees.
