It is super glitchy, you have to enter your password at least twice for it to open no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall, it asks you to update your information even though nothing's changed at least monthly and then you have to put in your password again, and it does not work overseas because there's no option to get a verification email only a text. This app is outdated!

Unreliable. Will not retain login settings, you constantly have to reset your password and fingerprint access. Not worth the time. Update: I reloaded and tried again, same issues, works for a few days then stops. The TCB web site has the same issues, closing my accounts and moving to a real bank.

Disappointed with the app(s). Partially do to the bank as well. App have misinformation with their mobile deposit, which is frustrating. I could of just went to the bank today and would have my money already, both the card and banking app don't show correct transaction dates, and half the time the apps don't recognize my password. It's sad that a prepaid visa company like green dot has a better mobile banking app than an actual bank...

Convenient to have when it works. Sometimes it just doesn't wanna load which is really irritating when you need to know how much money you have. Also more often than not fingerprint authentication just doesn't work and makes you type in your password anyway. Pretty garbage to be honest.
