There's a cloud at the top of each garden and plants at the bottom. The cloud lets its rain go 1 drop at a time, and the drops roll down a wooden hillside along whatever path you've set. Each plant needs a certain number of drops. Too few and it stays thirsty. Too many and its bed floods.

So before it rains, you flip the gates, turn the leaves, and point the water wheels. Then tap Rain and watch. Every drop goes the same way every time, so each garden is a brain teaser you can reason through. Sometimes it all works. Sometimes 1 drop wanders off somewhere you didn't plan for, and you have to figure out why.

There are 6 worlds, from Windmill Meadow up to Storm Peak. Each one brings in new pieces, like padlocks, moss, ponds, levers, and cisterns. The Field Guide explains them whenever you need a reminder.

The Wishing Well has a new garden every day. Monday's is gentle and Sunday's is tough.
