It's really fun to play with the patterns and see what kind of composites you can create. Although it seems simple at first you can make some great patterns, check the authors screenshots for a quick preview of what sort of things you can create. Not sure if I'm missing it or not, but I think it needs a function to pause the drawing, so you can move the target without making a massive trail everywhere. Regardless, I have made some cool pictures with it, and it's fun to pass the time just seeing what tweaking the values can do.
