I don't care for this app. Constant messages that are redundant and not needed. I requested that I be "called" and now I get text saying I have a new message in My Chart. Totally a moronic waste of time. I'm old school. Call me and speak with me. That way we can communicate about lab results and other health related discussions. The staff work hard to inform me when I call in. However, having to use an app and message questions is counterproductive I believe.

Horrible and confusing interface, few if any contact numbers and addresses, no logical path, two organizations on it, like I know which is which for what? I had to google a doctors name and leave a voice mail on his daughter cell to call me to get post opp care instructions, lol, everyone is hiding behind the app!

This app is weird. I couldn't get in even I had my correct password, so I changed it after it denied my correct information a dozen times. I cleared the cache and forced stop about five times and was able to change my password only for it to tell me my login attempts failed and to change my password again. I'm done. I don't like apps to begin with and this failed one just makes my apprehension worse.
