I only used it for one trip so far because my travel agent used it. It is convenient that the app can make the itinerary and associated documents offline. But the offline feature didn't work for me until after I uninstalled & reinstalled the app.

It contains information but has no access hyperlinks. I can't click on an airline link to confirm, check in, or change seats. I don't have a link to the hotel to confirm reservations the night before. It's just a big piece of paper instead of a dynamic tool etc.

The app is useless unless you have a travel agent. You cannot plan trips on your own. Been looking for a replacement for, Trip Case. Guess I'm going to have to keep looking. ¯\(*︵*, ⁠)/¯

Am not able to open PDF docs within the app, defeating the purpose of having access to it during my trip!

Horrible app. Keeps telling me password is not valid. Tried resetting a zillion times, NO customer services whatsoever. 1 star is 1 star too much for an app that does not work.
