My experience has been most pleasant driving around the fine patrons of this city,everybody is kind and extra polite when it comes to being nice to me all because of my pleasant disposition and for the fact that they love this service and wish it was a permanent program.

Complained about app, and they called my boss! Who chewed me out!? The app has problems,like the main screen with 4 circles for riders On and Off and bikes On and Off not having big enough #s to read ,at a glance, while driving. And no LARGE Speed # and Speed Limit #. But now Tripshot says i am way over speeding!, 5-8 times a day! Like 40 in a 25! ENOUGH, pro drivers should avoid this app completely, or face similar, reasonable complaint, RETALIATION.

Tried it, but as 40yr Commercial Driver, i did NOT like it. i only want to stay on the 4 big circle screen for Riders or Bicycles and On or Off, but too many screens and too hard to Stay on this primary loading and unloading screen. Also, the black screen does not have good daytime Visibility for bottom red letters of "on time" or "3min" late. Critical. Contacted Ray at Support today 3xs, but wasn't interested i my 2 issues. He want my Limo Company name! As if!! "Unsat!" NOT RECOMMENDED.
