Always has issues, loading real time data just sits there. Isn't the whole point of this app to be updated live on trains?

Bus timings in the app are to satisfy the KPI's, ask the real people waiting. Show the real timings when delayed, so we can plan accordingly.

Sat the 18th worst travel time ever. No info about missing stops due to the march today come on. We pay alot for the service. As mentioned there was no mention of missing stops just that the bus left the Hyde Park stop, but it didn't. It shouldn't take 1.5 hrs from Camera to Ryde to get home also many times the real time data doesn't appear either

This app was the most terrible app and is not even worth $2. It doesn't even track all the buses. Some buses it just assumed that they are on time and going to your stop and when it supposedly has arrived it just passes as a ghost bus. This experience has kept me waiting for over half an hour. I highly discourage the use of this app.

App exclusively tells you wrong information. It says the but is early? Nah, it's late. It says it's late? Nah, 10 minutes early. It's on time? Late.
