Excellent app, easy to book a taxi. Needed a little learning to start with, as the map movement needs practice. Sometimes a little slow to show address choice on the map. Otherwise, a good app.

Incredible how bad an app can be. Starts off in Bulgarian even though my phone language is in English, for the address autocomplete it doesn't understand any place name (e.g. bus station), and most importantly, after I made the order and driver accepted, THE UI DIDN'T UPDATE, it kept saying "searching for driver", while luckily I got a notification that, in Bulgarian, said the taxi number of the driver who accepted. Terrible, terrible app, it's clear that no testing was done

I found no way to restore the username from the email address. I can't remember the username. Why not use email as username as everybody does? Should I call support to restore the username or just use the hippo taxi app? The password field is also badly designed. My password was saved in the Android keyboard memory. You probably use a normal text field as a password box.

Impossible to use omg. Feels like it was made by a 10-year-old kid. You cannot choose address, you have to constantly fight with the app. I wish Bulgaria had normal services like Bolt, Uber etc. Unbelievable that in 2025 we still have apps like this
