The previous use of Trolley wise via the web was always a pain, having to upload my 3 words manually etc. took ages to fill in and the online form. Having seen there was now an app I downloaded it and used today to report X5 brollies with absolute ease!! Brilliant and simple and automatically picks up your location. Well done on a simple and effective app

Not sure why some people have given this one star—perhaps it was an older version. Found my location to within a few meters. Quick, simple, and easy to use. Hopefully, it actually fulfills its goal.

There seem to be quite a few bad reviews. I installed the app, and reported a wayward trolley. The app does feel like it needs a bit of love (share it on GitHub, etc.), but the bottom line is that the wayward trolley has now disappeared, after at least two years of becoming a local landmark. Reported multiple brollies over past few weeks. None of them been acknowledged or retrieved. Seems to be a waste of time...

Really poor thought out app. It has taken them over a year to develop an app for newer smartphones to be able to use and to report a trolley you have to be at the location now to be able to use the app. Location is filled in automatically, so I am at home now so this is incorrect, no thought of including a what words location which is widely used by emergency services, councils etc., and I took photos of trolleys earlier, but you can only use camera to take a photo and not use existing photo.

Useless. I reported an abandoned Wanzl trolley 3 weeks ago, and then 1.5 weeks later again. Both times they marked the trolley as "collected" by next day, yet it's actually still here, they didn't collect it!
