It never tracks me even tho I have it set to track all the time even when I go into phone settings and apps it shows it's on always. The developer needs to fix this because I just get calls from brokers saying it doesn't track and will only update when I open the ap I guess it never runs in the background for some reason

The app constantly crashes in the background, even when prioritized and set to unrestricted in battery settings. When brokers require uninterrupted tracking, tell them to use macro point as trucker tools isn’t reliable.

Brokers blowing your phone up because they won't check the app that they send you numerous text messages about. Drains my battery because it's pinging my location every 5-15 minutes. Go to settings > security and privacy > Privacy (permissions used in last X amount of time, and you'll see what I'm referring to. Just like that garbage, Marco Point. I can't stand it, I don't want it on my phone, PERIOD! Only reason why I have it is because brokers threaten fines when not tracking. (company driver)

Scam!!! Broker tool to have a reason to deduct money from freight. Ryan's brokers use this app...and it’s becoming clear that this app is more trouble than it’s worth for honest truckers trying to make a living. The way Ryan’s brokers are using Trucker Tools feels like a setup to nickel-and-dime carriers with deductions that come out of nowhere. The app’s tracking features, which ping your location every few minutes, give brokers way too much control over your every move.
