My first time using truck spot app it was excellent found it where I was parking at close to my home they give you a code to get there for you to get in the gate and pay online they really got to call nobody and deal with that just excellent

Useless app I have paid, but I can't open the gate the app is saying I am 1.04miles away, and it can't open the gate, but I am at the gate I have been here for 4hrs 35 min the office is not helping me at all I have phoned them a dozen times I guess I will have to sleep here at the gate I don't have a choice

Paid for 3 days didn't even get a full 34 hours had to pay for another day just to get in the gate my truck out plus the spot it gave me was taken, so I had to park in someone else's spot horrible horrible horrible should have just paid 3 days parking at pilot or TA

This app does not work well at all. The first time I used it, it would not let me into the lot to get my truck on the last day of storage. I had to pay for another day to get in, and them when I saw my credit card bill - it had charged me for TWO extra days! I'm trying to use it again now for a 10-day stay and have entered the start and end days properly on the calendar. But when I get to the next page - the entered end date is gone, and instead it show s the end date as "No end date" - like they are going to keep charging me forever!! I redid it three times - it keeps changing the end date to "no end date" Given my experience - I think it will keep charging me forever! After going through the payment page it did charge the correct amount - but without showing the correct date. Sorry to say this, but it is not ready for prime time. It has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed before you force people to use it.
