Terrible app. I work at a true value store, when I search by zip code it doesn't even show my store (1 mile from my home) and it tells me the nearest store is an hour away. We use them for distribution, we have giant true value signs. Apparently they don't know we exist. Poor job.

This app only opens the True Value web site in your browser. The site is worthless also because the search feature doesn't show anything that you are looking for.

Rewards Program is broken. I receive messages that I have a coupon, but there is nothing in the Coupon tab - neither in the app or online at website. They're obviously just taunting me now. Customer Service said I had to contact store and personnel at local store is clueless. So if you want to shop somewhere with a Rewards Program, look elsewhere.
