I can honestly say that using this app has improved my playing and understanding of music theory. You can buy specific courses, or you can get the All-Access Pass and have access to all the content. This platform provides lessons from the world's best artists and instructors and is cheaper than taking private lessons or watching YouTube videos.

Definitely 5 stars for content. Amazing instructors from many disciplines. With an all access sub you literally have an entire world of guitar and some other instruments at your fingertips. However, the app's functionality is a mix of nice touches and nagging deficiencies. For example, if you back out of the lesson you're watching, you go back to the search results screen, not the lesson's course page. Just one of many examples.

As lifelong learner True fire lesson offerings are for me. Having said that some tutors are better teachers than say a well-known player. This is because they know how to explain and pace things out. Online learning is another level to what I grew up ie: guitar teachers and elementary books. With True fire "the secret is out", no more excuses, its up to self and ones approach to absorbing content. Its good you can study at own pace and away from the guitar! Sadly not good for Android tablet.crashes.

I've been paying and using this app for a while, even though it tends to crash whenever I try and go back to the main lessons page on any course Now it won't open on both my phone or tablet! Come on truffle, please sort this out as your content is actually very good.

The courses are the best out there. I am rating the app. I can't access my lessons without using my laptop. Seems like this has been a problem for a while. Why not fix it?

The android app is terrible, when I try and open a course lesson the app just crashes. It works fine on my iPhone but on my Pixel it's unusable.
