My old phone was running slow, and my wife's phone (a model older than mine) nearly locked up. So I ordered 2 new phones, (Moto G play - 2024). When opening True Lane, I get the message, Phone Not Compatible. There went my insurance discount, a $20 jump already. I was told I could keep the old phone, a Moto G power (2021) which loaded the ap, and ran True Lane, but who wants to carry around 2 phones just to run an ap? Why doesn't this app run on a newer phone?

I'm a careful driver, and have a good driving record, i.e. no tickets or accidents for years! I don't do a lot of driving, sometimes taking public transportation or riding with a friend. I have learned to leave the phone at home in those circumstances as this app doesn't know the difference and I guess counts riding the bus or as a passenger as "behind the wheel." Also, it does not allow for emergency braking or passing. Not a good app.

Worst App Ever. I was away for three months. They text me about my driving and not using the app. Well, I was not driving, car was parked. True Lane needs to work on their technology, point-blank. I am a senior, so I don't drive as much. So my driving is totally limited. If you are rating my insurance cost. I should be paying a much lower premium than what you are charging me. DO BETTER, BECAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER FROM THE REVIEWs😒🙄👎
